SURFACE GRINDING

We are outfitted with seven surface grinders allowing us to hold tight tolerances within .0001".

PROTOTYPE PARTS

With our capabilities we are equipped to manufacture small to large proptotype parts.

CNC MILLING

Our four CNC Milling machines are capable of producing the highest caliber parts.

AUTOMATIC GAGES

We design and build in-house automatic and inline gages to keep up with production.

CNC TURNING

With two CNC lathes we can create a vast array of shapes that are extremely precise.

ATTRIBUTE INSPECTION

We are capable of building simple Go/NoGo gages to large true position fixtures.

OD/ID GRINDING

Our OD/ID grinders allow us to provide close attention to detail, accuracy and precision.

LEAK TESTING

We offer leak detection to ensure quality and safety.
